Return Policy

At BabyNest & Mom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Certain items, such as personalized products or items that have been used or washed, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at support@babynestmom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized products
• Items that have been used or washed
