At BabyNest & Mom, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are eligible for a refund according to our return policy, here’s what you need to know:

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We aim to complete this process within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@babynestmom.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
